Chao HUANG obtained bachelor's degree from SJTU, where he received a solid and comprehensive general education. Currently, he is pursuing his master's degree at CUHK-Shenzhen, while also serving as a visiting student in the laboratory. His involvement in research related to lung cancer sparked a profound interest in utilizing machine learning algorithms to investigate disease mechanisms, leading him to dedicate himself to this field.
His primary research focus lies in multi-omics studies, which aim to integrate and analyze data from different omics fields. He applies advanced machine learning algorithms in bioinformatics to process complex multidimensional datasets, with the goal of identifying potential biomarkers more accurately and efficiently. Ultimately, this research seeks to facilitate early disease diagnosis and personalized treatment, contributing significantly to advancing medical science.
