Chao Huang received his bachelor’s degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and his master’s degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, where he built a solid foundation in both general and professional disciplines. He is currently a PhD student at the Shenzhen Medical Academy of Research and Translation (SMART). His prior research on lung cancer sparked a profound interest in leveraging novel bioinformatics algorithms to investigate disease mechanisms.

His primary research focuses on the integration and integrative analysis of multi-omics data. Specifically, he applies advanced computational methods to complex, multidimensional datasets from Alzheimer’s disease (AD) cohorts, to identify potential biomarkers, elucidate underlying molecular mechanisms, and characterize disease heterogeneity. Ultimately, his work aims to facilitate early disease detection and personalized therapeutic interventions, thereby advancing the field of precision medicine for AD.
